North IT welcomes a new employee to the team.
Ellie, 21, is taking on the new role; Executive of Marketing & Communications to help promote the brand, generate interest and create a wider understanding of what the business can provide for other organisations.
As a 2020 Graduate of Teesside University, Ellie brings a fresh mind to the business with lots of new marketing ideas and a wide variety of experience in creating multimedia content. She joins the team after studying Journalism for 3 years and has made the decision of taking the marketing career path.
North IT worked closely with Teesside University and the ‘Graduate to Growth’ programme.
Ellie said: “ I’m delighted to have been given the opportunity to work with North IT. I’m looking forward to learning more about the business and creating lots of new content for them. I love creating multimedia content, I spent most of my time at university running digital campaigns which involved lots of content creating.
“I always thought I was going to graduate from university and be job hunting for a while due to choosing such a competitive career path. Even more so under the circumstances of the current pandemic. So I am over the moon to have been taken on by North IT and I can’t thank them enough.”
North IT is based in Middlesbrough, where Ellie will work from Monday – Friday getting to know the rest of the team and how the business runs.
Director, Ben Kenyon said: “After a successful year for the business, the next step was to expand the company. We Think the right step to take is to employ someone who can take care of the marketing and creating content for the business. Allowing us both to spend more time on the technical side of things and working with our clients”.
“We have taken on good talent from the University. We think Ellie suits the position perfectly after seeing her impressive portfolio of work she has produced throughout her years at university.
